All carriers must check in no later than 8:00PM on Wednesday, June 23, 2027, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at exhibitor's expense.

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8'H Draped backwall
  • 3'H Draped sidewall
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign

Booth package option available for order under "Products & Services" during advance discount pricing only.

Show Colors

Aisle Carpet Color: Bluejay

Carpet Color: Exhibit Hall and booths ARE NOT carpeted

Any carpet or padding that is shipped to the advanced warehouse or to show site from an outside company will incur material handling fees.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, May 17, 2027 and Monday, June 14, 2027.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00AM to 3:00PM. 

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct shipments will be accepted on Monday, June 21, 2027.

Receiving only during exhibitor move-in hours. Shipments received outside of the published move-in time will be charged an additional 50% off target fee per CWT.
